A Vegetarian Lebanese Mezza inspired by
Seasonal Autumn and Winter Produce
Here is my class offering for Saturday November 8th and Sunday the 9th
I am so excited for this one. We'll be exploring Plant Based , all vegetarian Lebanese Small Plates ( Mezza) focusing on seasonal Autumn and Winter produce.
These 6 dishes are a wonderful seasonal take on the traditional Lebanese Fare.
Pumpkin Kibbe
Carrot Cumin Falafel
Fried Leeks with Bulghar
Eggplant Rolls with Tahini Sauce
Winter Tabouleh
Class Fee is 85. per perspon and we begin at 11am with lunch afterward.
