It's Albacore Season!
On October 26th I am offering a reprise of my Japanese Albacore Nicoise, with all the accompaniments, Tempura Eggplant, Haricot Vert, Jammy Eggs and Potato Salad.
Saturday and Sunday ,November 1st and 2nd We'll be celebrating Dia de Los Muertos with a Coloradito Mole with Roasted Chicken, Chilis Nogados ( Pasilla Chilis stuffed with Cheeses and a Creamy Walnut Sauce Pomegranate Salsa. Pumpkin Flan
( this class may go a bit longer as there are complex processes )
Let's also make an Altar together to celebrate our Beloveds who are with the Spirits now!
