Two Savory Galettes ,Potato Chicken Artichoke and Eggplant & Braising Greens, Summer Squashes , Chèvre with Tomato Confit 

Sunday August 24th

Duck prepared 3 ways , Leg Confit, Breast , and Grilled Kebabs

Saturday August 30th

Preserving Summer. Tomato Jam , Spicy Eggplant Relish, Pickles and Preserved Lemons


As usual class begins at about 11. 85.00 per class.

Also am happy to arrange a private class of your choice with minimum of 4 people on another day of the week.
